Overview
This qualification brings together all aspects of housekeeping and basic supervision. This qualification will professionalise the industry and is applicable to all sectors, from small bed and breakfasts to large-scale hotels. The qualification leads to the accommodation services diploma and provides articulation with Gaming, Travel and other Tourism industries.
A minimum of 120 credits is required to complete the Qualification. In this Qualification the credits are allocated as follows:
- Fundamental: 31 credits.
- Core: 55 credits.
- Electives: 44 credits
